We converted from the local franchise cable co. to a private cable TV system that SCS Communications designed and installed in 2000. With our own system we now provide our college students digital quality reception, a channel line-up with their input and much better service. We saved the students money, and the property makes money each month from the system. With the profits we were able to make further improvements the property.
